Went complete 1-5- status checker changed from in review 1-25 to in review 1-29... could i expect a decision soon?

In via voicemail. Yayness, I went into review on 1/8 and again on 1/15. My status checker still hasn't updated.

Does scholarship information come with the admissions letter?
