Can someone in the accepted fb group post member numbers? Curious to see where they are at this point.

Holy crap are you serious? That is so much earlier than last year, based on last year's thread. I am freaking out. What did you ask? Were you checking in on your app, or just asking when? I kind of want to email and ask and make sure they have my CSS Profile and FAFSA and everything.

Wait, but it's already Thursday! DO they mean tomorrow????????? Freaking out so hard right now haha.

Wowza, I was not expecting anything until late March, this is nuts. We were in the first wave of admits, and I had already submitted my FAFSA/CSS before even being accepted, so I'm hoping we'll be in the first wave of financial aid notification too. SO nervous.

FYI

Last year's waves, from Feb. and forward (via LSN):

FEB (22 acceptances reported)

MARCH (7 reported)

APRIL (7 reported)

-- WAITLISTS --

APRIL - mid to late

MAY - early

-- REJECTIONS --

tons throughout March/April/early May

Do we think it's been similar this year?

Man, 7 acceptances in March seems absurdly low

Every school seems to be a little behind this year and the FB group still has a ~40% of offers left to go, so I'd guess the drop-off holds true but not so drastically. And since not everyone reports on LSN, I'm guessing there were at least a few more than 7 acceptances in March last year :)

Yea the LSN count is waaaay lower since only a fraction of those who are admitted post their stats

DLS on status checker. It's been fun dreaming. Any chance it is a WL, or is definitely a ding?

If you do the timeline feature on MyLSN, you'll see that historically about 65% of admits come before March, leaving 35% to go.

Yes, it's not representative, yes, this cycle may be different, blah blah blah

I believe 1/17 (maybe 27?) was my complete date. Submitted just after christmas. Not shocked, just disheartened. Haven't received good news in a month now :(

LSAT just under median, GPA over median.

You can call the Admissions Office and ask, if you'd prefer to know now than to wait.

I think I'll wait. Maybe when I get the letter next week I will finally have an offer to a top 10. Then an SLS denial won't hurt as bad...

Wishing all of the rest of you waiting folks the best of luck!
