I'm so sorry, you guys!
I knew USC was a reach for me, haven't gotten my letter yet, but I am expecting the same outcome as the group.
Hope you all still have great prospects! <3

It's absurd that they send snail mail for rejection. What a waste of my time and the stamp money.

Mine changed to "In Final Review" today. I am a USC Alum as well.
I just read over the DS I submitted to USC and I miswrote a word. My eyes went right to it, I can't believe I didn't catch it when I reviewed it a bunch of times back in December.

Sorry to hear about all of the letters received today.
Those of you who have gotten dings, did you all go straight from 1st committee read to decision finalized?

D; this is so sad..
..their loss.
i can't believe they're turning away so many of their undergrads. so sad so sad

Rumor has it that to transfer is even harder than to make Law Review or to land Biglaw jobs.

Aaaaaand it's a ding. What's really peculiar about the ding letter is that it basically says "We really liked your application and we want you but what we like even more is the US News ranking and the ca$$$h it brings, so go study elsewhere for a year with your mediocre LSAT and we'll accept you next year as a transfer student". Same happened with Berkeley. I see schools these days care more about cash and numbers than about matriculating quality students with a record of successfully studying law. O tempora, o mores!

Went from Committee Review 1 to Final Review today
Getting nervous
On average how long did it take to go from final review to decision finalized?
