PS J/K, Asha, of course I get exactly what he means, because I'm a smart Yale-worthy applicant.
PPS Unless you want people who are inquisitive, Asha, then I was totally asking 4 realz.

I think I remember reading that Yale usually releases a big (by Yale standards) wave of acceptances then dings in the first two weeks of Feb. Is that true?

That seems to be at least roughly true based on the timeline graphs from MyLSN:jdapplicant wrote:I think I remember reading that Yale usually releases a big (by Yale standards) wave of acceptances then dings in the first two weeks of Feb. Is that true?

Best luck to all of you, it does seem that we're heading into a storm soon based on past year's data

Apparently you get an email first, then YLS is nice enough to send you a mail reminder that your were rejected.jdapplicant wrote:Via email, phone, or mail?drawstring wrote:So if last cycle was any indication, there will be a lot of blood on Friday.

When I got dinged last year, the email promised this letter in the mail. It never came. I think I was more disappointed that I didn't get the letterhead than I was about being rejected.drawstring wrote:Apparently you get an email first, then YLS is nice enough to send you a mail reminder that your were rejected.jdapplicant wrote:Via email, phone, or mail?drawstring wrote:So if last cycle was any indication, there will be a lot of blood on Friday.
