They've been updating their Class of 2014 facebook page saying that they are having trouble with this portion of the site (they just relaunched the entire website a couple of days ago.) They said they will be emailing all of the admitted students with the login info as soon as this part of the website is up and running. Hope this helps.LaLeyDelMonte wrote:Anyone receive login info for the admitted students' site yet?

They have some cute blue hoodies, both the pullover and zip-up kind, with the law school logo on them. I have one and wear it....well, probably more than I should.samfii wrote:Were there any cute Illinois Law sweaters that you saw? I wish I could, but they're all pretty far from Denver (sadface!), so I might as well just visit campus insteadHannibal wrote:Got the email...and signed up immediately for one of the off-campus receptions.

E: I'm thoroughly enjoying playing around the admitted students site this AM, though!

The only trains I can find from my area to Illinois all have a 8 hour layover in Chicago. 8 hours! Ugh

But Chicago is awesome... You could walk around, grab a bite to eat at Portillos... Hopefully by late February frostbite won't be an issue.pereira6 wrote:The only trains I can find from my area to Illinois all have a 8 hour layover in Chicago. 8 hours! Ugh

Re: Illinois 2011 applicants!
I probably would do the April 1st ASW, only because as a tour guide at a northern UG myself I know that no matter how great the school looks, bad weather can leave a bad taste in one's mouth. I want to try and visit the Northern schools when it's decent outside
That said, wouldn't be too bad to be in Chicago, but I'm not one to enjoy visiting a place for fun without a buddy to go with...I'd get bored easily unless I could catch a Bulls or Blackhawks game, which I wouldn't be able to do based on the train times.
Flights are like 450$ to Champaign, which I think is not cool haha...it's like 300 to go to LA and I'm on the East Coast. Someone wanna loan me a car?

Check out the topic with Dean Pless. Once you go in review, you'll get a decision that next Friday.mss455 wrote:Current Status: Complete from LSAC

I flew into Indy and drove (it was a REALLY easy drive) and the flight was, like, $70 both way and the car rental was really cheap also.

Mind if I ask where you are from? A region if you're not comfy revealing your city?Barbie wrote:I flew into Indy and drove (it was a REALLY easy drive) and the flight was, like, $70 both way and the car rental was really cheap also.
And I'm under 25, and never owned a car or been on anyone's car insurance (I'm a bicycle rider, yo). I think a car rental would get mighty pricey for me.
Edit: No I'm not an environmental hipster that thinks he's saving the planet riding a bike. I just never needed a car my whole life and a bike gets me everywhere in ~15 min
