Seriously? Then their receptionist flat-out lied to me! I submitted on the morning of the 1st and am still processing at 11/16 and she assured me I would still be considered (but she didn't take my name).
Well, up until I went "Application in Review", the top of my screen said, "Because you submitted by 11/01 you will be considered for early action."

It now says, "Your application is currently in review with the committee. As your application moves through our review process, you may see your current status date change. You will receive a decision of admit, reserve, or deny by mid to late December" because I left "Complete" status.

I believe that as long as "Your application has been received 11/01/2010" appears on the bottom left corner of your status checker, you should be good to go. It's possible that they don't update everyone's status checker with the EA notice, but it was definitely on mine. I submitted 10/29 via LSAC, got the reception e-mail on 11/01, went complete 11/19, and went under review 11/29 where I sit now holding my breath.

I went complete 11/24 and it says I'll be considered for EA at the top, FWIW

Perhaps others can comment on this who have experienced it. My guess is that once it goes to complete that the EA will be noted; while it's processing there's no reason for them to list that. Unless someone who was EA saw it during their "processing" time?

And when did TLS stop asking if you wanted to review other posts before submitting yours? I feel like I'm constantly behind when posting now... :(

Haha I never noticed it doing that- but that would be awesome! I'm apparently way too slow for some of these threads.

It did it every time for me up until last week: I would click "submit" and if someone else had posted, I would have a chance to review my post and alter it if necessary. I assumed that was normal.... but it's no longer that way.

So I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I guess that WAS happening to me. I kind of thought I was accidentally hitting save instead of submit, and found it incredibly annoying

/fail.

It happened to me a couple of times earlier today. For me, I think sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't; there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it.

I submitted 11/2 and am stuck at "Processing" as of 11/5. Everything was ready in the application when I submitted it. What gives?

I would also like to know. I've been processing since 11/12. I wonder if I'll also be considered for EA.

You submitted too late. Needed to be submitted by 11/1 at the latest I believe.

Cornell has me feeling like an expectant father whose wife is at nine months and about ready to pop. Except there's equal chance that either a beautiful baby or an alien might come out. Or that the doctor will tell me to wait a few months. The analogy's not perfect, mind you, but it works.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
