Speaking of, have there been any interviews conducted since early in the week (Monday/Tuesday)?

I suspect they are working on finalizing the first batch of acceptances and won't do interviews Thanksgiving week, so I wouldn't worry if there are no JR1s today.
+1. It's getting real now. *braces self for the maelstrom on Monday*

Congrats and good luck. Means u dont have to freak out next week like us pre-thanksgiving jr1 ppl. For some reason, I really get the feeling im in for waiting until the spring despite having an October JR1.

So to liven the mood...what is the first thing you all will do on Monday (or Tuesday or Wednesday) if you are lucky enough to be granted a JR2?

Haha, after posting here, of course, how silly of me! I might have to restrain myself from jumping up and down if I get one...not really appropriate in a business setting.

Step 1: Pop champagne like I won the championship game.
Step 2: Call my high school U.S. history teacher, whom I love more than life (or law school) itself.

Don't be. I don't know about you, but I am not entirely convinced that my file has been reviewed yet despite the checker.

Mine went UR yesterday and still nothing yet...seeing as how some people had to wait a few weeks before getting JR, I don't think we have cause to freak out just yet...right...? :|

Same here. I guess maybe I'm hoping for too much- not getting a JR1 the day after going UR is probably not a cause for freaking out and obsessive checking of all gmail folders, right

Heavy drinking. We also get the decision handed down on Tuesday in the first big trial I worked on. Maybe I can get a 2x victory on Tuesday.

Okay, more serious answer:

1. Jump up and down and disturb co-workers
2. Call husband, dad, and mom
3. Post on TLS
4. Pretend to work for the rest of the day
5. Mojitos!

F'n awesome! Congrats. That is kick-ass. I sent an app Harvard's way. A complete stab in the dark but hey, at least I can tell my kids about how Harvard rejected me that time!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
