I am "white" Mexican American urm. However, who knows if that is the case with the guy you linked. Looks like he applied late and still got accepted to a number of amazing schools.

obviously, since this is the Michigan forum, I was somewhat disconcerted by his ding at Michgan.
I didn't say I was freaking out. It's not nice to see someone with my stats dinged at Mich though. Would you enjoy that? haha

I know we've been over this, but one more time, for my peace of mind, would people be willing to respond with how long it took for them to get their status checkers? I applied on 11/1, ED, and still haven't gotten one. They do say 3 weeks, but I thought with ED they would be faster...

I applied on the 10th, got the "application received" on the 14th, and got my status checker on the 26th (all of October).

I wouldn't freak out, especially since they're probably getting more and more applications as it gets later in the cycle.

Quick question for those admitted students who received a packet already-did your flashdrive have anything loaded on it? It sounded like some of them had videos, but mine didn't really load correctly...

Mine didn't work. You can get the same video on the admitted student website. I reformatted mine and used for other things.

But it was the first application I finalized and sent (I don't count the app I sent to the University at Buffalo lawl school) and I'm ridiculously pumped and excited and had to tell SOMEBODY. If my friends hear one more thing about law school then I won't have friends anymore.

Thanks for everything so far TLS and I hope to be posting "IN WITH $$$" a while from now!!!
