I think it would've gotten to me yesterday, but I am holding out hope and agree with the theory that just one wouldn't make sense..

I am also becoming increasingly doubtful that any type of logical predictions about delivery date can be gleaned from checking postmark date, etc., just because of the overall wackiness of the mail system for the past month

Mail comes normally between 11:30 and 12:30...already run out to the mailbox and back twice.

This is going to be a long week if it doesn't show up today

no idea. lol most likely columbia cause of the descriptions i've read so far. but i'd just have to visit and see.

Edit: Will today be the day? lol Also anotherrr little beacon of hope. CR got a email on 2/11, maybe some decisions were sent out then too considering some were sent out on 2/7 when someone got her 2/7 email.
