Sup kanye, is that provel cheese on those nachos? It looks good but a little bit sacrilegious.

Speaking of Provel cheese, I think it's time that we as a community discussed the elephant in the room...
St Louis style pizza is terrible. I thought it was merely ok when we had lunch during housing day, but after flying back home and having California, Italian, and New York style pizza in the last month I realized that it is truly subpar in comparison.
What can we do against this faux-pizza menace? I noticed all the adcomms were brainwashed into thinking it was great so they'll probably include it at events throughout the year...

I agree st Louis style is sub par.
I think you'd be surprised how often campus event pizza isn't St Louis style though. Even at SLU, which has way more locals (and therefore brainwashed taste buds), our free pizza on campus was Dominos or Papa John's 99% of the time.
Maybe sublime or cuse can confirm or deny my theory, but I don't think it'll be STL style often.
And have no fear, there are plenty of non STL style pizza joints for when you're using your own coin.

Literally never. You won't be able to look at Dominos by the end of first semester.Fiero85 wrote: Maybe sublime or cuse can confirm or deny my theory, but I don't think it'll be STL style often.

I really like the st Louis pizza and other local foods. I've been ordering provel on everything since I've been here. Yesterday I ate ribs, which although they lacked provel, were delicious. I'm going to eat a snoot sandwich next week for sure.

Do you? Because the first and last time I ordered Jets they didn't put SAUCE OR CHEESE on half of it.cusenation wrote:I wish i had discovered Jet's sooner than I didFiero85 wrote:Thanks. For my own curiosity's sake, were you above the LSAT or GPA 75th percentiles? I'm trying to figure out what they're doing w/r/t deferrals and the WL.

I'm interested as well as I heard Wash U has already paid people to defer.

hey, while I did retake the LSAT this past June, my numbers weren't amazing after all was said and done. LSAT was a pinch below their median. I have a lot of softs going for me, including URM, great LORs and solid foundation in the field I'm interested going into.

Huh. I just don't get what they're doing over there in admissions. I may not understand it, but they probably don't care.cach22 wrote: hey, while I did retake the LSAT this past June, my numbers weren't amazing after all was said and done. Congrats again! Just try to avoid posting about your SCOTUS clerking goals in the facebook group. These people are vicious.

Some LP1 classes are posted in the mylaw portal. Weirdly they have labels that are A-F but excluding E. They seem kinda random. Maybe E lucks out and has no LP class? Food for way too early thought.
P.S. idk why LP and LRW are diclosed later than the reg classes but oh well

If you're gong by the (again, possibly random) labels: it looks like D has LP1 Monday and Thursday afternoons
...and C has it Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning
Boo to that
