Think I just became the first TLSer to get section B. Really wanted to have Tamanaha so a little dissapointed.
Regardless, let's do this! Any lurker out there in section B?

I'm in A, which means we'll have a couple of classes together. Get ready for Mandelker's tour through the ancient history of property law.LET'S GET IT wrote:Think I just became the first TLSer to get section B. Really wanted to have Tamanaha so a little dissapointed.

Looking at his CV led me to spend more than the normal amount of time to figure out how it is that he is still alive, let alone kicking ass in the realm of property law. I came to the conclusion that he was a child prodigy, and as such, he comes to us as the brisk age of 80, ready to teach us a thing or two about resilience.

mandelker is easiest class to do well in but hardest to excel in IMO. So just collect your A-/A and move on

Looks like someone just got outed as not refreshing this thread 12 times a day, I posted my section B status a few days ago. On the one hand I'm really enjoying the schedule (Very even keel, balanced schedule, no classes before 9AM and spring semester we have class just 3x a week), on the other no Tamanaha.LET'S GET IT wrote:Think I just became the first TLSer to get section B. Ah, my bad Dredd, I must have missed that. My sentiments exactly with the schedule/Tamanaha.Dredd_2017 wrote:Looks like someone just got outed as not refreshing this thread 12 times a day, I posted my section B status a few days ago. As you can see, B continues its schedule dominance next semester, out by 2:20PM latest each day, class only Monday through Thursday (Missed that we have Civ Pro with Kim on Mondays as well), and nobody has class before 9AM this time around.
It also looks like in Spring the pairings will be:
(1) A & F Section
(2) B & C Section
(3) D & E Section
So for us folks in B we'll work with A this semester and C next one. Should be fun!

Ahh Kim...Excellent professor. I still have some PTSD from her exam though. Basically left the exam 45 minutes (because arrogant) to get Lion's Choice roast beef with my roommate et al. Ended up being my lowest doctrinal 1L grade. Probably the most expensive roast beef sandwich i will ever eat in terms of how much it ended up costing me.Dredd_2017 wrote:Missed that we have Civ Pro with Kim on Mondays as well

Well, that Lion's Choice is pretty damn tasty, so I think you have nothing to feel upset about, Cuse.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
