I don't believe they make all their calls at once, so don't lose hope, just maintain it cautiously.

I sincerely hope that this is true and that they just are eating their lunch right now.......

i'm sure this question has been asked many times, but can anyone tell me what it means when your UR hasn't changed for a while. It was UR 11/02 first, and then UR 11/18, and it's stayed there ever since??

Since everyone ignored this question, and maybe the accepted people already ran off, anyone know that answer to this? My UR was never bumped, and is still UR 11/11. Did those who were accepted get a status change? Did you have any UR bumps?

My status did not change, and my last UR date was 11/19 (which was my second UR date total).

i had 3 UR bumps in four days but no call...

Like I said earlier, the person that called me told me that the status checker would change later today, and I kind of interpreted it to mean that the status would not change before you were accepted. So no action does not necessarily mean bad news. I'm sure they'd rather call you to let you know instead of having you find out via status checker.

My UR changed once at the beginning of Nov, but not since then. I don't think its a bad sign if your date hasn't changed.

Yea, mine changed from 11/3 to 11/6 once. And since then, no update whatsoever and still no phone call...plzzz call me...

Not at all. Something relevant to a job that I used to have. Apparently Microsoft didn't get the memo that I lost that job a month ago.
