If they thought it was going to be longer than the eight weeks they had originally forecasted, wouldn't that tweet have been the perfect time to say so?finalaspects wrote:my god people. 6-8 weeks are an estimate. at least give them until the end of the 1st week of February.mayosmith wrote:So it's been seven weeks and two days.MirandaHobbes wrote:new tweet this morning: Wondering when to expect a decision? Come to think of it, I complained yesterday about my status not being complete, and it changed today. Haha.

As if to throw us off the scent, they now tweet a thing about an article in Forbes. Clever!

Re: Northwestern 2010
REALLY sorry if something like this has already been answered, but I couldn't find it.
My complete date is 10.26, but it just changed to complete a couple of days ago (they were waiting on my interview write up, from December 2nd, which JUST got there...)
Does this mean that I am in the "complete before December 1" batch, and should hear by the end of this month?
Thanks a bunch!

Re: Northwestern 2010
My application status now says this:
"Your application was received on 10/26/2009 and is complete as of 1/18/2010."
I used to have a much longer message about the 8 week thing, but now it is just this. Does anyone else have something similar/know what it means?

Mine changed, without any apparent reason, from 11/19 to 12/18 to 01/14. My interview materials (and everything else) were in NU's possession by the original complete date. I have no idea why my complete date changed twice.bubbagump wrote:My application status now says this:

Re: Northwestern 2010
Had a great interview today with an off-campus alum in my home state. We chatted about pretty much everything for close to an hour and I feel like it went really well. My numbers are around the 25th percentiles at Northwestern, so I'm borderline at best. Perhaps this interview will help me out a bit.

Today I went from "received" to "all application materials have been received. Your application is being held until after you complete your interview."
Or something roughly like that.

Word. I applied on the 26th and am still in process. I couldn't take it and called yesterday- I said I'd been waiting since then, and they said not to worry yet.jd-mba wrote:I applied two days before you, same status.
