Can anyone tell me the best way to prepare for online interview? Wanted to do it tomorrow, but I have a nice 4-5 hour window tomorrow where I can practice and prepare. Is that enough time?

That's too much time. You're doing the online video recording session right? It's only 1 minute per response which is really hardly any time to talk about anything in detail. Google previous questions/comb through this thread. All the questions will be in the same vein as those posted. Create an outline for how you will address them and time your responses. I do not recommend writing a script as it will make you sound robotic and they are trying to get a sense of your personality and experience.

All in all I practiced for 1-2 hours, took the interview and was satisfied that was enough time.

That should definitely be enough time! The hardest part is thinking on your feet. The practice will definitely help you with that. Once you get that down, the next hardest thing is dealing with curveball questions. If you search this forum you'll find a bunch of samples. Here were mine in rough wording:

Describe when you were most productive...what was that environment like?
Why NU law?
If law school doesn't work out, what's your backup?
Describe specific example of problem solving strategy used
Describe a failure
If we asked people you hypothetically mentored what your best qualities are what would they say

Well, that depends. If it's a question you feel like you have a great answer for, a minute feels like 15 seconds. If you're drawing a blank it feels like forever

I'm wondering if this is their version of UR?

I never knew the complete date was near the decision letter system...I finished my interview and think I was complete like late October very early November, but mine says received Your application was received on 10/17/2016 and is complete as of 11/22/2016

Looks like mine changed, too. I was originally complete 10/7, and now the decision letter system says as of 12/1. I have no idea what it had before, since I hadn't thought to check it before now.

It doesn't have a date in the status checker but if you log into the Decision Letter Delivery System, there will be a date there.

If I remember correctly, the date doesn't really change after complete. If you check the header of the status checker it should say something like it's complete and now under review.
