I'm wondering if anyone has insight as to the following scenario:

Applicant applies RD in late October. Goes UCR1 and UCR2 in Nov. applicants requests to switch from RD to ED Round 2. Penn grants request.

Question: will the applicant undergo new UCR dates prior to getting a decision

I hear that! If it makes you feel better, I feel strongly about a wave soon, particularly on Tuesday of next week. I hope that the wait is soon over for those of us who applied early, regardless of outcome.
