Eh, I watched waves of other 11/30 people go UR2 before me (like I said, just went UR2 today). I really wouldn't worry about the timing of your UR1 to UR2 changes. It really depends on the readers and other factors. Even when you go UR2, you can be held so they can compare you to other applicants. Timing is really up in the air ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
