Everyone has an updated UR date the day of their interview, I think.
This was my experience as well - I assumed it was because of the interview

Basically useless to say at this point since there has only been one wave, on December 31. I think there was some mid November interviews in that wave. Again useless info though with that data set.

I interviewed 12/3 give or take one or two, if that helps, and was part of 11/13 interview request wave

I haven't see anyone already accepted complete later than that. Hopefully some of us complete late October and later will hear this week.

I didn't go complete (error with UChi's system I guess) but I had 7 days between going UR and getting the invite.
