Same here! I have similar stats to Waddle. Earlier, someone said three completes with no interview = admit. Not sure if it's true thoughfivestarfolds wrote:Waddle, you appear to have good stats. After getting a snail mail acceptance, do people also get an e-mail or some other type of notification?

Getting in sans interview would make me feel a lot better about my chances this cycle. I live in chicago so I would have been able to easily make a regional interview. It's gonna be a tense break

Re: Georgetown c/o 2017 Applicants Thread (2013-2014)
I specifically asked my interviewer whether it was a good thing to be interviewed. He said that it was definitely a good thing, that those who are interviewed are those who Georgetown wants to know a little bit more about. He said it means you probably aren't an auto admit, but that it's still definitely a good thing, a positive sign.Gary wrote:I don't think that's true at all.worried0L wrote:i am now deeply nervous. looks like getting interviewed by georgetown isn't a good sign.fivestarfolds wrote:Getting in sans interview would make me feel a lot better about my chances this cycle. Has anyone received further information from Georgetown after being accepted through snail mail? I know one person above said he/she received an email, but it has been over a week since I got my acceptance letter and I've heard nothing so far.

Relax. You got accepted. Enjoy the opportunity to kick back and breathe. Next year begins hell for many of us. Your snail mail will arrive.

I was accepted earlier this month and received an email congratulating me. It also had some infromation about ASW, the admitted students website, and some links for the Facebook group and other social media junk. I also received an email about an upcoming event at the law school earlier this week.gatz77 wrote:Has anyone received further information from Georgetown after being accepted through snail mail? Checking in. Application went complete on 12/2. For those already accepted, congrats!
What's been the time between application completion and decision?
