I know the feeling. I sent my deposit in yesterday and got my book today (the Brown book, right up my alley). I can't come to ASW to give them my money, so I sent it Priority Mail instead so I could track it. Yes, I am neurotic and still worry about it not making it to Cambridge.

Can't you pay via internet? It seems unreal that they would require a check or money order, like the old school blue-screen TV ads..

But more importantly---

This exists??? WHYYYY

This doesn't bode well, but if you have a well documented history of a difficult situation with your father, you might still get some aid.

Speaking of aid, has anyone had success with HLS matching SLS/YLS' financial aid offer, when the latter was substantially larger?
HLS still in the running for you?? This calls for some potato vodka
Kinda, but its far out. And yeah it does, but I think the Chopin is going to have to wait until next March-ish

There doesn't seem to be an internet option.

But I needed to purchase a USD money order anyways.

There was one, but on the page it says there are technical difficulties and paying online is not available at the moment. :?

I plan on bringing my check and form with me to ASW.

Likewise. Had no idea what significance the game would have when I bought tickets.

Not sure but I'd like to do something. If you have any ideas, I'm in. I just really don't know nearly enough about the area to start making suggestions. I think drinks with fellow TLSers is a mighty fine idea though.

I'm getting into Boston South Station around 12:45, so I'm down to hang out once I get settled.

I was just going to ask any TLSers who wanted to hang out to PM me their digits, so we could text each other and stuff to coordinate an outing. But I then realized it would not make sense for me to be "coordinating" this since my Canadian phone plan will freak out from receiving too many text messages in the US. Perhaps someone with an American cell phone plan can volunteer to coordinate something? I know I will be pretty tired from travelling and ASW, but heck! you guys are awesome and it'll make for some good bonding time

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
