I wish Stanford would love me, despite my disappointing LSAT score.

Yea, November applicant here... I think I might just withdraw to save face. Actually no, scratch that -- I'll take my rejection letter like a man. Bring it.yarsten wrote:So I don't know if anybody has done this yet, but I made this depressing graph of last year's LSN cycle in my spare time:
There are some green dots off to the right, but it looks like they basically made decisions based on completion date, with an offset for rejections. There were about 27 acceptances this time last year (out of 57 total) and we're at 14 so they are a little behind compared to last year. Keep in mind I clumped all waitlists together regardless of final outcome.
Have a nice day!

Wow. I spent all day hoping to avoid a hold from Harvard, and instead I get a voicemail from Dean Deal. SO THRILLED. Don't ask me how I managed it, because I have no idea (I literally went to my LSAC app to see if I'd accidentally checked off a URM or something).

Cue nerdy joke about how I feel like I'm wandering through the red waste and will never find Qarth (ie a 650 phone call)domino wrote:Ha--a day fit for a Khaleesi.khaleesi wrote:Wow. +1. The journey will only make you stronger (and even hotter, if we are still talking about the Khaleesi here).voytek wrote:Cue nerdy joke about how I feel like I'm wandering through the red waste and will never find Qarth (ie a 650 phone call)domino wrote:Ha--a day fit for a Khaleesi.khaleesi wrote:Wow. I'm going to assume this means that the Stanford adcoms are huge GoT fans. Might send in a LOCI via raven.khaleesi wrote:Wow.
