You aren't getting dinged with your numbers. Harvard's waitlist is always ginormous.

Hope I'm not dinged either though at this point I almost wish my cycle would end. I would sleep more easily knowing exactly where I'll be. Sadly, I'd wait on Harvard until graduation.

I'm going to guess that now that we've seen a KB1 --> WL, they're closing that phase of the cycle. I'd be (pleasantly) surprised to see any new outright KB1s at this point.

Yeah I was held on the 4th of April and have not received a Kb1....making plans for streeterville.

Last year, there were no more outright rejections once the waitlists came out, which took about two days. Would be great if we were done with the dings. I would be pretty pleased with a waitlist, as I'm a sucker for HOPE. unfortunately, there was also a massive wave of rejections a few days before any waitlists were announced, and we haven't really seen that yet, so who knows.

For those of you getting waitlisted, has there been any change on your status checkers? I ask because my email has been having a lot of problems the last two days (receiving several emails up to 12 hours late, or not at all). I hope there's another way for me to check.

I'm a hold > JS1 > silence person. Some people from my JS1 batch (back in early March) were admitted yesterday, which gave renewed my hope that I could possibly be admitted (I was expecting a WL or rejection). At the very least, I'm hopeful that I'll have a decision soon.

Yeah, I saw those too and got some renewed (though likely futile) hope. At least we should know soon enough!

So um... Someone mentioned last year's ding wave that preceded the WL wave... Is the consensus that the ding wave will happen after the WL wave this year? Or is anyone still standing mostly WL bound?
