Also, just to let those waiting more at ease: I did not mention Berkeley in my PS/DS and did not have any tailored letters of rec. I sent Berkeley the same 2 page PS and 1 page DS that I sent to all schools I applied to.

So I forgot about this but I sent myself a viewbook and it arrived in the mail yesterday. It was awesome and made me even MORE excited about Boalt, but... yeah I was really hoping for the huge packet.

God... I'm still so floored I got in.

For those of you who have gotten in - do yourself a favor and look through/order a viewbook.

Weird. My status checker says 11/14 but I got the UR email on 11/22. Either way I haven't heard anything...

A poster who has been accepted at Berkeley should correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the status checkers change. You either get a call telling you you're accepted or you're in some kind of limbo with no change beyond your UR date... I mean eventually they will start rejecting people but I think that might not happen until January.

On the bright side, I don't think Berkeley has accepted many people from the 11/22 UR date yet, so there's no reason to freak out yet. I am a fellow 11/22 UR hoping for a call too, btw!
