wait, if you apply FT they automatically consider you for PT too?

Per DePaul's FAQ:
"I was denied admission to the Full-Time Day Program. Can I apply to the evening program?
No. When the Committee decides to deny admission to a full-time applicant, the Committee, at that time, also considers the applicant for the part-time program"

I received a waitlist letter last week.. does anyone know what the chances might be of getting in?

Stats? depending on stats, last cycle was very kind to waitlisted applicants

I think you have a great shot at getting off the waitlist. Just email the LOCI, I think you have a good chance.

Went to Decision Sent yesterday. For those who have heard back, how long did it take for the letter to get there?

My seat deposit stuff disappeared awhile back. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Yeah, it happened to me too. My status changed to decision letter mailed 12/16... But the deposit stuff is gone, so I have a feeling it's another rejection for me.

Mine changed when it went from application recieved to complete. I think it just disappears randomly. Don't worry! anyone who knows for sure can confirm, but im sure it was them just cleaning up the page as they updated your status.

Hello- I'm new to the forum but I got accepted via phone call and e-mail yesterday to DePaul. For those inquiring about seat deposits on the status checker- It does not show up on my window, but I do not think it ever has. I am still awaiting the actual hard copy letter- East Coast. Goodluck to everyone!

As per their policy that was stated in my complete email, they only give admissions decisions through snail mail. However, they do give you a lot of info about when you will be getting your letter. Status goes from "Incomplete" to "Complete- Decision in 2-3 Weeks" to "Decision Sent." You can only see online that the decision was sent, but not what the decision is. Don't have my letter in yet, but these are my dates:
Received: 11/30
Complete: 12/7
Decision Sent: 12/16 (But mailings say 12/17, so I'm going by that)

I'm not expecting the decision in until about Tuesday or Wednesday. Hope that helps!
