Dunno if it's quite 1/3, but UCLA Law gets a ton of Berkeley, UCLA, USC and Stanford grads.ruleser wrote:It's interesting in their class profile for 2012 - about 1/3 of students come from either Berkeley, UCLA, or USC. I don't know if I've seen another school like that...

+1. Complete since 10/14, though I knew that already since they sent me a "complete" email on that date.tintin wrote:apparently I have been complete since Oct

Oh, I am wildly enthusiastic about all the schools I have gotten into. I would just like them all to give me tons of cash to make decision-time sweeter.managamy wrote:This is true. I'm just a little surprised since you seemed so wildly enthusiastic over Berkeley when you were admitted.zaichka wrote:If Berkeley gave me zero money, and USC gave me lots and lots and lots of money, I know what decision I would make. I really like my life in LA and no debt would be a beautiful beautiful thing.managamy wrote:No, but the "three-business-day" line gave me a few chuckles. And, as much as you love your alma mater, do you really think you'd choose USC over Berkeley?zaichka wrote:Managamy, didn't you just get into Harvard? I think that both of us are like football teams who have an insurmountable lead but, rather than simply running out the clock, are trying for that extra touchdown just for the fun of it.

Re: USC 2010!
Hey guys, I just got my status check on Wednesday and it says that my file is incomplete. I sent in the app for USC at the same time as I sent in all my other apps. Every school that has sent me a status checker says that my file is complete and/or under review. Should I call USC on Monday to see if there is a problem or should I wait a few days next week. I sent in my app on 11/18 (in case this matters). thanks!

Sent all mine in on the 14th, complete or under review everywhere except for USC and Harvard...cause clearly they are both too good for me..hmmmdeem wrote:Hey guys, I just got my status check on Wednesday and it says that my file is incomplete. This week last year marked the first USC acceptances. Will we see movement in the next few days? Predictions!

Re: USC 2010!
Tagging along for the ride, went complete in mid/late November.
Best of luck!
Unfortunately I am missing the cutoff for USC with a 163/3.71
I would easily pay full tuition for USC

Re: USC 2010!
hey everyone, I remember reading back in this thread that when USC emails you to tell you that your application is complete and says that you will hear back in about 8-12 weeks, that it actually takes about that long. Can anyone else confirm this? I hope it's not true because I am anxious to hear back, but I bet it is accurate information
haha

I'd put money on that not being accurate at all...I bet it depends on your numbersdeem wrote:hey everyone, I remember reading back in this thread that when USC emails you to tell you that your application is complete and says that you will hear back in about 8-12 weeks, that it actually takes about that long. According to lsn, 8-12 is pretty accurate.

From my high school yearbook, "I don't believe in fairytales, kid." - it was a Freddy Kreuger quote.Oli wrote:Damn dream crusher...I mean ruleser....ruleser wrote:According to lsn, 8-12 is pretty accurate.

Did anyone else get an invitation to apply for the Frank Rotham Scholarship? It came in a large envelope, which kind of freaked me out.

Same here. However, if crackberry decides to apply, I don't see any reason for me to apply...galahad85 wrote:Did anyone else get an invitation to apply for the Frank Rotham Scholarship? It came in a large envelope, which kind of freaked me out.

When I saw this thread pop up on the top 100 I was excited because I actually believed that USC was sending decisions. I rushed to my status checker only to see that it wasn't. Thanks guys.
