In a few minutes ago via email! Said I'm under review for merit scholarships. For those who have been accepted earlier in the cycle, about how long after acceptance did you receive $$ information?

Mine are approximately 5-10 years ago, but not so minor unfortunately hahah. That said, its extremely clear that I have "been rehabilitated", and I believe I accurately replayed that in my applications.

Colorado seems to be really 'yield protecting' this cycle. I see so many competitive candidates being waitlisted. I suspect the waitlist will be used quite a bit this year.

Everyone who got in today (or just in general), firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!, secondly, when were you marked under review? My application went under review yesterday and curious about how long I'll be waiting from here

I was under review since 1/10, so just over a week._aj86 wrote:Everyone who got in today (or just in general), firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!, secondly, when were you marked under review? My application went under review yesterday and curious about how long I'll be waiting from here
It will depend on your stats. They could put you under review and then sit on it for a while or they could admit you quickly.

Re: University of Colorado Boulder c/o 2021 (2017-2018)
I was under review for about five weeks before being accepted, but that included Christmas/New Years so really more like 3.5 wks I guess. I'm a pretty heavy splitter, LSAT well above 75th; GPA well below 25th._aj86 wrote:Everyone who got in today (or just in general), firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!, secondly, when were you marked under review? Anyone know if they help out-of-state students who want to come to one of the ASDs with travel costs?

Would anyone who got the email stating “scholarship information to come” be willing to share what their numbers are? It appears as though I am above people that got $40k and at the lower end of people that got ~$55k. Trying to figure out if they are trying to wait and see which to offer. Any other thoughts on why some people have gotten info and others not? FYI applied in Oct. accepted in Dec.

I was complete around same time and status updated to 1/17 but "under review" which means they're just starting to look at app. Could be many more weeks!

Status just changed to "decision rendered"; does anyone have any info on when an email (if that) may come?

Thanks. Just got the email. Full tuition first year and 10k second and third years, which seems to be the case for a lot of people hereallezallez21 wrote:Mine took about 45 minutes to arrive.Ohnoooooo wrote:Status just changed to "decision rendered"; does anyone have any info on when an email (if that) may come?

Does anyone know if Boulder is open to negotiation with scholarships? I received a lot more in scholarships from a higher ranked school than I did with Boulder and wanted to see if I could use it as leverage.

Ugh I’m in waitlist hell. Is the priority waitlist promising? Is there even a non priority waitlist? I’m having trouble finding stats from previous cycles?

Any updates on folks who were priority waitlisted? I received the news that I was placed on PWLjust today. Bummed my 8+ years in non-profit/government sector working on environmental issues didn't compensate for a lower GPA. I thought my LSAT and work experience could carry me. Oh well, on to the professional nagging!
Any updates that folks have about how CU treats it PWL or has statistics of previous cycles is greatly appreciated!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
