The longer delay is probably due to the fact that the head of admissions had to undergo emergency surgery this past week. Due to that, I assume the office is even more swamped than usual. Hopefully that info prevents you from thinking too much into it. Good luck with your cycles!

Any wait list movement for anyone this week? The email I received from admissions stated they would begin reviewing wait listed applicants in the middle of May. So far it's been radio silence on my end. Anyone else?

I went into Committee Review on 2/26 and my initial decision was made on 5/11 with "Decision Letter sent". Not sure what that means as far as admitted or rejected - my status check still says Committee Review and no e-mail yet , but to answer your question, I would imagine they would start moving towards the waitlist soon. Not much help, but there is one update.

I was waitlisted a couple of weeks ago via mail and yesterday received admittance via email, if that helps anyone out.

Making a last minute decision between asu law and u of a...thoughts? Suggestions? Asu really jumped up in rankings and they got this new building, but seems to be overrated :/

UofA all the way! I was in the same boat and decided that the law community and people in Tucson are just different than they are in Phoenix. They seem more laid back and it's a lot more open minded and easy going! IMHO I'd go uofa that's what I did! Do you have a pwrsonal deadline set to make and stick with your choice

Hey so you got into both and decided on UofA? Although the new building at ASU is amazing, it seems that the general consensus is that they are looked at essentially the same in-state. I'm going to go with the cheaper option. I hope I am not making a big mistake.

Yeah, I decided that I liked the campus and being from the Phoenix area I needed to escape a bit. I feel like there is a different vibe in Tucson and that UOFA is more about the student and their success rather than a ranking or number! So I'll see you this fall I take it? Or have you not let either school know what's up? You aren't making a mistake it's going to be great!
