I have similar numbers and submit date. Hopefully my fate is the same as yours and hopefully this is a sign that the rest of us will hear in the next week.

I'm sure you'll hear soon! My status never updated from 'awaiting review' - and actually still says that - even though I received the acceptance email yesterday if that helps!

Has anyone talked to admissions about when they are going to start releasing decisions?

Went complete Dec. 14. Applied early admission so I guess I should know by the end of the month. Was hoping to have heard by now though.

Upon further review, I have concluded that I am simply not good enough to be a Buckeye. Applied to two other schools on the same day I did to OSU (11/13) and they both admitted me with scholarships weeks ago (Syracuse and Michigan State, for those who care). Just say "no" Ohio State, so I can go about my life. It's ok. I'm a big boy, I can handle rejection.

Haha...cheeeeeeellllll. Not many people have been accepted yet. Most of those who have were early decision. They are working on early admissions right now and then rolling into the regular applicant pool.

Lol I know. Just trying to make light of the painful wait most of us are enduring. OSU is my reach school, which makes the wait worse!

I just received the acceptance an hour ago. But no mention of scholarship. It is said that OSU is notoriously stinting in scholarship. Really?

This is basically what I've heard, other than the leadership scholarships they offer.

I assume you meant the amount they offer is low? Because they offered about 90% of students scholarships of some sort and the average amount is 11k per year. Which isn't fantastic but it doesn't seem horribly low.

EA. It means scant scholarship money?

No. They just mentioned nothing about money. Normally the financial awards come along with the Email acceptance, or in a seperate mail?

Pretty sure it's done separately so I wouldn't worry.

My tracker says "Complete, awaiting review". Does it change to let me know when my app goes under review? Or is it implied that it is being reviewed once it is complete?

I think they are just lazy about updating it. Everyone who has gotten accepted already said their tracker still says awaiting review.

Applied 11/12 RD, in 12/21. Pretty sure my status checker never changed to under review.

Good luck, everyone!
