checking in, interested in both PT/FT, but heard that the PT program is notoriously difficult to get into (~5% acceptance rate), any truth to this?

seriously considering Georgetown just based off Washington DC alone, wondering how the campus looks...

The campus itself is removed from the undergraduate campus, and its location is very close to Judiciary Square. I would consider the campus to be very inclusive, easy to access, and most of the buildings are well-kept and modern. They just added a gym in their student center not long ago, as well as housing. I am a fan, based upon my visit.

Yep! They essentially told me it wasn't good enough - "Unfortunately, we are unable to grant your request for a merit-based fee waiver." I mean it's a low GPA but come on...
I received a waiver with your situation in reverse (25th LSAT, 75th GPA). I wasn't aware that GULC valued GPA that highly. Given that you're a STEM major, it seems especially odd.
