I did a quick one paragrapher, but we'll see.benwyatt wrote:I threw one in without the "Why Penn"slippin_jimmy wrote:+1. It almost has me contemplating throwing an application in, but research for 'Why Penn' and $30 are still keeping hype levels low.basedvulpes wrote:Just got an unsolicited fee waiver by email
Might cause me to get dinged but that's actually fine by me.

Re: Penn c/o 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
Judging from their information on MyLSN, they're not particularly generous to splitters/reverse splitters. For other people, it looks like they throw money around.whacka wrote:I think they're pretty generous. That's a really big number.urbanist11 wrote:It seems like they shell out money to people with 3.9+ gpas, especially once you get into the 3.95 range

I'm also pretty sure I'll send in an application, but does anyone wanna tell me about Philly first?? I've only been there once, and I just remember it being smelly and being disappointed with the cheesesteaks.

I've been to Philly a bunch of times, and it grows on you. There's some really cool stuff there like the Reading Terminal Market and Penn's Landing, but like any other major city there are going to be seedier parts.barley wrote:That's a really big number.urbanist11 wrote:It seems like they shell out money to people with 3.9+ gpas, especially once you get into the 3.95 range![]()

Also, forget about the cheesesteak. What you want is a roast pork from DiNic's.doublehoohopeful wrote:I've been to Philly a bunch of times, and it grows on you. You obviously don't know me very well if you think I can just "forget" about cheesesteak!doublehoohopeful wrote:Also, forget about the cheesesteak.
