+1. It almost has me contemplating throwing an application in, but research for 'Why Penn' and $30 are still keeping hype levels low.
I threw one in without the "Why Penn"
Might cause me to get dinged but that's actually fine by me.
I did a quick one paragrapher, but we'll see.

Does anyone know how generous/not generous they are with merit aid?
I think they're pretty generous. I remember looking on mylsn and seeing a lot of "$160,000" next to Penn's name for some people
Judging from their information on MyLSN, they're not particularly generous to splitters/reverse splitters. For other people, it looks like they throw money around.

That's a really big number.

I'm also pretty sure I'll send in an application, but does anyone wanna tell me about Philly first?? I've only been there once, and I just remember it being smelly and being disappointed with the cheesesteaks.

I've been to Philly a bunch of times, and it grows on you. There's some really cool stuff there like the Reading Terminal Market and Penn's Landing, but like any other major city there are going to be seedier parts.

Also, forget about the cheesesteak. What you want is a roast pork from DiNic's.

You obviously don't know me very well if you think I can just "forget" about cheesesteak!

But - that sounds amazing.
