Did anyone get a fee waiver who did not have transcripts up yet? Mine finally got uploaded an hour or so before the fee waiver emails came out and I'm convincing myself thats why I didn't get one

Its actually probably an advantage to do it. Wont they graduate a semester early? If they hadn't secured anything via OCI, then at least they'd have a semester head start on all other schools graduates, no?
