Picked SLS over HLS today. To avoid feeling the finality of my decision, I told myself that if I hear from (203), I'll head there for sure. You know, leave the ultimate decision to chance.

Then I realized that's like saying I'll go to SLS unless I roll snake eyes twice in a row. :P Whatevaaa. Yale, do what you will!

It would be pretty tough for me to choose New Haven over California. Yale is an amazing school, do not get me wrong, but it has gotta be easier to study when the sun is shining year round.

Go to Stanford. You might as well withdraw from the waitlist at Yale, too :wink:

Hi guys just letting you know I'm withdrawing! Not quite sure why I even said yes to being on the waitlist, but it doesn't make sense for me :P I really hope some more TLSers get in!

So... we get no confirmation emails or anything like that after we sent in our LOCI & the waitlist form, right?

I'm getting paranoid now and afraid that they didn't get my documents. :?

I still need to LoCI, even though I've heard it probably doesn't make much a difference.

I will say that they seem a little more on the ball this year...the confirmations are going out earlier than in years past. Really, really hoping this means they're anticipating using the WL this year :}

I have a general question.

Isn't it true for most schools at the top (I can't speak to each specifically) that a deposit or sometimes second deposit is a commitment that you have withdrawn from all other waitlists? I ask because I see a lot of individuals depositing at Harvard which I have no knowledge of and am curious what Harvard's policy is. I've been working this out with schools I have been considering depositing it and some forbid staying on a waitlist.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

nope, just that you withdraw from the schools to which you have been accepted.

i'd encourage you to check except yale seems vehemently opposed to confirming anything... i would give it a few more days. these didn't even start trickling out until after may 1 last year so i wouldn't worry too much yet.
