It probably didn't actually get into the mail until Tuesday, or you'd have it by now. Thursday's looking really good for you, though! I'm hoping being on the East coast doesn't add a day for me.

Accepted on Friday (11/8) via phone call. 163/3.51, so kind of surprised to hear back this early. Haven't received the packet/scholly info yet.

Any rumors/good guesses about the class of 2016 medians?

It seems like it's about this time of year that the school prints their "Yield Brochure" to send to admitted students to convince them to come. Last year's featured 2015FT/2016PT numbers so this year's should feature 2016 numbers. It's magazine size, so if one of you admitted students gets it, the numbers are usually towards the back.

That's a very nice feature of SMU $ -- stips are "good standing." Good standing = 2.0 or above; 1L median = 3.09 (and there are no A+'s so you can guess what that curve looks like).

The brochure they sent me did not have this year's entering class stats. It's the same brochure they have up on their website, which contains 12-13 stats.

It was a large envelope that wouldn't fit in my apartment complex mailbox so I had to pick it up at the front office.
