Got the fee waiver and PT invite! 10 day turnaround is amazing, and non-binding... but are admission standards different for this, or is it evaluated like everything else?

Also, my LSAT right now is only 167 (LSAC GPA of 3.8X)

Okay, I'm confused.

Stats: ~3.9/180. All transcripts submitted.

No PT invite; only got the Accelerated Early Decision option. Is this an instance of yield protection, or has anyone else experienced this?

I experienced this last cycle (numbers slightly lower). Never understood what the exact reason was since I knew someone with higher numbers and a similar undergrad who got the PT invite. Wrote a "Why Duke" in case of YP and ended up getting accepted RD in December.

Edit: spelling

Hey man I'm just as happy as you are, what with my lower GPA and all. Congrats on the invite btw, I was glad to see how many TLS'rs got it.

Really excited about PT. It's nice to see the effectiveness of your app early in the cycle with such a quick turnaround.

PT! It'll be so nice to have a response from a T14 so early on in the cycle (and hopefully a good one).
