You could call/email them to follow-up if you're worried about whether they got your application at all, but usually that's never a problem. Did you get a confirmation email from LSAC when you submitted your app? If you submitted directly through the WashU page then it might be different...they didn't have that when i applied.AT9 wrote:Sorry, by "heard back" I meant not even an email or anything to confirm that they received my app, thanks for applying, blah blah blah. People earlier in the thread were talking about interview requests and I've received a confirmation email from every other school I applied to with no action from me (within 24 hours for most), which is why I'm a little concerned.Dolphine wrote:That's only like 10 days, most schools wait til sometime in November before even releasing any decisions, definitely way too soon.AT9 wrote:I submitted my app on 9/29 but haven't heard anything from the school. Is this normal or should I contact them to make sure everything is complete?
A lot of the movement in law school admissions happens in waves. Sometimes you're sorted chronologically, sometimes based on your credentials. Usually it's by a mixture of both. But don't worry too much if other applicants get correspondence at different times than you.
