Of course. I don't think it was one thing in particular. I used the PS as an opportunity to craft a story out of accomplishments on my resume (connecting the dots) and spent a lot of time revising into make sure the language worked well. But I think the most important thing is to just be genuine in what you are saying. That way, if you get a chance to interview, you can be passionate about your answers as you paint a more detailed picture of what you already said in your application. Interviewing is definitely what tipped me over from a WL to accept (every school where I couldn't interview placed me on WL, everywhere I interviewed, I was accepted).SteelPenguin wrote:
