Late November. I was above the 75th percentile for both numbers so I was getting a little worried that it was taking this long. You applied to the part-time program?

I would say probably an acceptance? I was waitlisted via email. I doubt they would mail a rejection letter.

I got my decision by email yesterday afternoon; in with $20k first year, renewable subject to 3.20 minimum (top 28%).

Would I be wrong to say I was kind of expecting a little more money? 164 with international transcript/GPA - LSDAS says Above Average...

Same position as you, Onionskin. I have ~30-32k from schools that just about crack the top 50. I'll be withdrawing from USF now.

Still amazed they wouldn't negotiate their 20k offer with me, but am feeling pretty glad I withdrew right now.
