Minnesota: 167 (0), 3.8 (0), 205 (-46, -16.67%)

It is estimated apps will be down another 15% or so across the nation this cycle.

IDK what they are going to do. Im guessing they will do everything they can to maintain 167, which would likely mean cutting the class size a bit.

Thats understandable. I certainly think law schools probably should be cutting class sizes, but you also have to consider how much they can cut before losing revenue. That said I do believe the school has generous alumni donations.

They can mitigate the revenue loss by raising tuition though.

True, but they risk losing students if the costs get absurdly high

They seem to be pretty generous with scholarship money. I certainly hope you are right.

I casually check all of my status a few times a day now, but for some reason that nagging "In Review" has me checking Minnesota every few hours. I even checked it 30 minutes ago, fully aware that nothing would have changed between 10 and 11 pm. This has turned into an unhealthy obsession.

I was Under review 11/5 today it changed under review 12/7! Now time to keep waiting... i wonder how much longer :/

Im way below 154/3.39, MBA and work experience and URM. It is a reach for me but im being hopeful.

I submitted on 12/3, went complete on 12/4 & into review...but already moved from in review 12/4 and the date changed again on 12/7...is this a bad sign??? It's going through the review process a lot faster than other people who have been posting here. i am freaking OUT. haha

I submitted 11/26 went in review 11/27/2012 and status date changed today to 12/7/2012

I have 2 comments. One might relax you, one will probably cause you to freak out more (sorry)

1. I wouldn't worry about changing dates
2. Based on historical trends, a large wave of acceptances should be coming relatively soon

I've been freaking out every day...I don't even know how everyone stays so calm. I find myself obsessively checking my email, status checker, & TLS....yikes.

How soon? & do you think I'd hear back in this large wave even though I JUST submitted my app? yikes!
