Those of you planning on not attending Pepperdine, please do withdraw. It's very much appreciated by those of us on the waitlist who have Pepperdine at the top of our list!
And to those who already have, saw two posts so far, thank you!

question -
is it appropriate to send LORs if on a waitlist? i had an extra that i couldn't submit originally. I know it's very strong so I figure there's no hurt in trying.

Re: The Official Waitlist/withdraw thread
Real quick question, what does it mean to be "held" and how do waitlists work? Are they ranked and as spots empty they reach down to next in line?

Re: The Official Waitlist/withdraw thread
depends on the school. there should be a held or waitlist FAQ the school hasBr3v wrote:Real quick question, what does it mean to be "held" and how do waitlists work? Are they ranked and as spots empty they reach down to next in line?

Re: The Official Waitlist/withdraw thread
I definitely would. You might want to check the waitlist FAQ for the school to make sure, but I'd be very surprised if they mentioned it wouldn't help (I think UVA was the only school I remember saying that additional letters of recommendations wouldn't be very helpful after a waitlist, could be wrong though)bingbang1025 wrote:question -
