Anybody have trouble signing into the UIS page to pay your deposit. I got locked out because I tried (and failed) so many times to log in.

I want to, but I'm not sure if I can make it. For now I'm planning on going to the one in April if anything.Jimbola wrote:I will see if I share in your luck.lushes3 wrote:yes, I did. In at SJ with full scholly - but considering Wake with half and GW with no money... Graduating with little to no debt sounds really nice - but I know rankings and all of that play a big part in the law school biz.. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Hey, did anyone get a scholarship that does NOT have the top 40% stipulation on it? I received a full scholarship from SJU with the top 40% stip and declining amounts from 40%-60%. I asked them if there was any way to remove the stip but they said there was none. Curious if there are anyone got one without a stipulation, and how to do that.

Re: St. John's Law 2015
I know someone who is currently a student at SJU's law school who received a scholarship offer that had no stips from a "competing" law school in that market (I'm pretty sure it was Cardozo) and used that as a way to negotiate removing the stips from his scholarship to SJU. He actually photocopied his scholly letter from the other school and sent it to SJU with his initial negotiation letter.Wily wrote:Hey, did anyone get a scholarship that does NOT have the top 40% stipulation on it? I'm probably going to withdraw my full-ride from St. John's, after being offered $30,000 from Cardozo. I really liked St. John's admitted students events and I asked to sit in on an actual class; visited the campus a total of 3 times. Unfortunately I like being in Manhattan more than Queens though. If anyone has any questions about visiting SJU, feel free to ask me.

Re: St. John's Law 2015
I got waitlisted at St J today...... Go figure.
As a nontraditional prospect with some rather different softs, this cycle was quite unpredictable for me. I am in at Fordham and Rutgers N and waitlisted at SJ where I had the numbers.... <shrug> I kind of assumed I would be dinged at Fordham and would be in at St J, that will teach me to assume.

I was just waitlisted today.
It only took them 5 months, ha.
Well, I'll ride it out and see how it goes.
