And like I said earlier, I really they are just getting to the splitter/numbers in between the 75th/25th types. For the first 2 weeks, all of my friends that applied and were accepted had both LSAT/GPA at or above their 75th percentiles. I would stay positive if I were you guys. Maybe its next in pile.

Lol I hate getting a call in class that I think is from a school, but I type the area code in to find its from some state that doesn't have even one school I applied to.

I'm hoping one of the reasons I haven't heard yet is because I'm not a Nebraska resident.

Are all those on here who haven't heard out of state people? I am.

Holding out hope for Monday, but I'm starting to feel silly about taking a status checker note seriously.

I told my friends and family that this past week (probability-wise) pretty much had to be the week I got an answer from Nebraska. Not looking forward to repeatedly saying "Nope, don't know anything yet" when I see them all at different times tomorrow. Looking even less forward to the follow-up: "Do you think something might be wrong with your application?"

It's gonna be a long weekend.

Nebraska status checker indicates decisions will be made within 15 weekdays after going under review. Tomorrow is the 15th weekday I've been under review.

Conclusion: I'll get a decision tomorrow.

Sound logic, no?

I'm just crossing my fingers that I don't get deferred again until March or April only to find out at the end of the cycle that I've been WL. Two years in a row of that would be hell.

Good luck to you too! Your numbers give you a better chance than mine give me. I'm just hoping that my GPA jump from 3.5 to 3.6 (and a couple of my new softs) are enough to push me over the WL hump to accepted pile. Again, good luck!

Congratulations to all who got the much awaited phone call today. Again, I am a 1L at UNL and would be happy to answer any questions that you have about the school, or law school, or Lincoln (or Omaha), or anything else that will help me put off studying for my last final on Wednesday.
