Got an email saying I was awarded a full tuition scholarship yesterday! I honestly hadn't given Mercer much thought, but this makes things tricky... I've gotten into UGA with a scholarship and I'm still waiting on scholarship info from GSU. I'm also waiting on a decision from Emory, where I think I have a reasonable chance of getting in but I'm not so sure about how much money they'll offer. Thoughts?

I'm in the same boat as you. 3.02/160 accepted 1/20. No scholly info. I got a huge package in the mail yesterday thinking that it would be a scholarship offer, but it was just my "official" acceptance letter and some brochures.

I'm hoping that my early application + smaller applicant pool = at least $25k (even with my GPA).

I was accepted about 2 weeks ago and received my full scholly e-mail the next day.

My fiance and I are driving up this Friday and staying til Saturday to visit the school and see the area. I live next door in Alabama but have never been to Macon. Looking forward to it.

I have a hard decision. I am in at Alabama(my undergrad school) with no scholarship.

To any current students/recent grads: What are the job prospects like out of Mercer? I have read LST and seen the official numbers but would like to hear from a real person. What kind of jobs do most students get upon graduation? What is the starting salary? Where are these jobs located? How portable is this degree in surrounding states i.e. Alabama?

Just got a email about a Scholarship Reception the day before accepted students day, will most definitely be attending.
