I was moved to In Review today too. According to the senior dean of admissions, once you go to In Review you should find out within 2 weeks.

Hoping for the best, this is one of my top choices.

Would love for this to be true but I've been in review since 1/11 and had my status date changed yesterday to 1/23. Not sure what it all means.

I went to her office Friday and she said the admissions council was just getting the bulk of the applications today(1/24), apparently yesterday was a mock day for the council. She also said they like to get them done within 2 weeks of review, but she never made it seem like it was a guarantee. She told me if it hit 3 weeks to give her a call.

Not yet. I just sent an inquiry regarding the ALS timeline....As luck would have it, Atlanta is now a possibility for my spouse to be relocated. :-)

If I am somehow accepted and given in-state tuition, I will definitely be attending! Any recent news on acceptances?

For those of you considering visiting, please note we're on Spring Break from Feb 27 - March 4. Hate to have you plan a trip when no one is around!

Congrats. I went into review 1/24, so I guess I have 2 more days or so to wait. Assuming there's any schedule at all.

That's odd, since I was told there was a 2 week turnaround. Might want to send them an email or something.

Yeah! After I saw you said that on here I sent an email to admissions AT law.gsu.edu, but I haven't gotten a response. Is there someone else I should email?

Edit: and this was also like sometime last week that I did that, probably not long after your post about turnarounds.

I would probably send an email to the senior dean of admissions. She said she tries to answer all emails, though in the 45 minutes or so I was sitting with her she got about 10 notifications of new emails.

Thanks a lot, I just sent her an email. Hopefully I caught her before she has left for the day.
It's been driving me nuts! GSU is one of my top choices so seeing my status in review for almost 3 weeks has been making me antsy.

I feel ya. Definitely one of my top choices, if not my first.

Plus seeing other people get in is killing me.

Mind letting me know what she says? I don't want her to receive 40 emails asking the same question :)

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
