They are really nice and courteous given how prestigious they are. I think it's funny how other schools always brag about their employment #'s, and prestige, and Columbia just sits back and plays it cool.

Yes, it happened to me, too. I sent an email asking them if they received it and they replied telling me they did.

I tried to confirm my spot on the reserve list today, after i provide the information exactly the same way i did on the application, i get a message saying "We cannot find your application for admission because the information you provided does not match any records in our database"
Anyone else having the same problem?

Yeah I had the same issue. Just e-mail/call the office and tell them what happened. They should just do it for you. Although, I e-mailed them asking for confirmation that they've received my LOCI and extra LORs over 10 days ago and they're yet to respond, so I would just call in.

Not long, within a day or so. If I were in your position I wouldn't email again, I'd just call, ask, and say something sincere like "I just wanted to make sure that the LOCI was received, thank you so much for your time."

edit: But if you do decide to email, you should attach the LOCI to the email and say, "...just in case the letter was lost in the mail, here it is on attachement."
