Just submitted my app today after counting all the emails they sent me. It looks like a school on the rise, and if they decide to throw money at me, I could see myself living in Michigan for a few years.

The more I read and learn about MSU the more I LOVE it. Have you all checked out the Spartan Blawg? The posts are supposedly authored by students, though no author name is given, but I've found it quite interesting: --LinkRemoved--. I've been thinking about making a "MSU Class of 2014" thread . . . maybe that is a bit premature. But I look forward to swapping ideas for housing and tips on East Lansing.

Accepted today via telephone call. Half tuition scholarship. I received an email less than two weeks ago asking for an additional "Scholarship Statement" about "Why MSU." They gave me three weeks two submit it, I sent it in one week. Heard back less than a week after I sent the second essay.

Application was sent in 11/1 and complete 11/22 (I have no idea why it took so long). Still waiting!

Received my admissions packet today. Only got a 25% tuition scholarship + $5k non-renewable scholarship.

I got mine six days after I submitted in early November. It was one of the last I received.

Does anyone know when you find out about the amount of scholarship you earned? I just checked my status and it says Admitted with scholarship 12/13, but there is no other info given. Do you get an email later, or do they send an admissions packet with the info via snail mail?

They told me the scholarship in their voicemail. It's also in the packet that you receive in the mail. But that's weird, I'd probably just e-mail them to find out.

Anyone here like the Canadian Law program? I decided to apply to the school after all the mailings and emails. It looks pretty solid, and it seems like I have good shot at getting in. Since I went complete on 12/09/10, I probably won't be hearing for quite some time.

I received notification of the scholarship in the voicemail message plus my status checker said how much the scholarship was for. And then of course the actual acceptance letter.

I was accepted first by telephone and was told at that time that the scholarship would be half-tuition. I recieved my acceptance packet in the mail today and it had more detail.

I missed phone call and no vm left. Status said admitted with scholarship but no amount listed. Acceptance package 5 days later listed scholarship amt.
