Yeah, well I'm a very impatient/anxious/pessimistic person, so when I saw that little thing I immediate assumed bad news. Didn't see the "Congratulations" until after I had opened it.

+1 lol because my dad got it, called me and said, "You have a letter from Maryland... unfortunately it's in a really small, thin envelope which leads me to believe that it does not have an acceptance package inside of it... but the weird thing is... it says 'Congratulations!' on it. Huh." :lol:

Does anybody else feel that the legal scholars scholarship process is a little awkward? Waiting until April and so late in the cycle to get scholarship info makes me nervous.

Yes, I don't have the letter in front of me but I know that in order to be considered for the scholarship you have to interview in Baltimore on April 1st. The letter says that they will help cover travel/lodging expenses.

i've only gotten a one-page letter notifying me i was accepted (with the congratulations right on the envelope haha). has anyone gotten any more information? a packet or anything?

That's all you get until deposit and asd info is sent. Also no scholarship if you didn't get it in the first mailing.

I got my acceptance letter yesterday. it's the first word I've gotten back from the several law schools I applied to. I'm glad it was a yes :)
