No. Status still says "in review".

They might have started calling admitted applicants yesterday. I got a voicemail from Reyes Aguilar. He said to call back if I had questions. He said they were mailing admissions letters today and a binder in a couple weeks. I met Reyes a couple years ago at a law fair. He seems like a cool guy.

According to LSN, someone got accepted yesterday!

WOW thats way earlier than I expected. Anyone else heard anything yesterday/today?

edit: I'm in state, with higher numbers, and sent my app a month and a half earlier... why did this one person get such a speedy decision?

When I spoke to Reyes last year, he said he calls all admits.

No worries. Is there a place to find the dates of status changes? I searched my inbox but only found the following:

LSAC application receipt email -1/3/2011
Quinney tracking system login info email -1/4/2011

My status now says "Application is in Review"
Status date is 1/26/2011. I'm sure it changed a time or two before the offer but I never checked it. If you can tell me where to find the status change info, I'll post it.

Hm, just found something confusing. I'm extremely bored in class and was reading over that initial email Utah sent months ago telling me they received my app, and very last sentence states that "It is S.J. Quinney College of Law policy to not grant requests for admission decisions over the Internet, telephone or fax."

But DHB, you said they called you before you had received any other form of notification? I'm so confused, maybe I misinterpreting the email, or (more likely) the obsessive waiting has finally given way to full blown paranoia.

I think they mean you can't call them to get your decision. But I know Aguilar calls ALL the admits (and mails all the rejections/waitlists) per a conversation with him last year.

I see it now, that totally makes sense. AH now every time my phone vibrates I have a mini heart attack. Looking kinda doubtful though for anymore till next week.
