I've just started assuming that I won't hear until 2/26 (the deadline they set for a decision).

No response > negative response. At least that's what I'm telling myself since 8 of my 9 apps are still pending (3+ months for some of them).

+1. I feel like mine is inevitable considering how long I've been waiting. The only question in my mind is which WL I get placed on.

I sent one in back in early January, I would say. Their email in response seemed perfectly friendly, but it hasn't helped yet - still UR 12/11.

Looks like a few of us in this pile updated to UR 2/19 today. I'm just happy to have movement after a month, and to not have that movement be a ding.

I see no reason to believe that they wont be sent by the 26th, whether we receive the decision by then is another story. I guess that depends on the decision we get. If we're accepted, I view receiving the decision by then as not likely. If WL/ding, then it's possible.
