I've read the form instruction and my understanding was if you submit it on or after 3/27, you have five days to accept the offer, but not that you can't submit it after 3/27. I am mostly wondering because I have some scholarships I applied to that I might not get final word on until "late March" and the way "late" has been used so far for law school apps gives me no confidence that would be before the 27th and I want to include these on the form if I get them. Yeah, it's kind of strange, especially since they have a deadline to respond because, based on that wording, it seems like the loophole around the deadline is simply holding off on sending in the form. So it's like... is there a negative to waiting until later so you can avoid the deadline? Is the assumption that those who meet the deadline will be getting all the money? Lol.
