How did you get it? Via email or snailmail??
And definitely negotiate that!

Went complete in early-December.

GPA < 25th, LSAT > 75th, URM.
WAHOO!! Congrasts Bri. Hope to see you at ASD :D

I did not get scholly info with the admit packet but I was admitted BEFORE they started giving scholly info out. My info came via email...but not sure if it will change now that they're giving scholarship info out to people.

When is ASD?
March 24th or 31st

I'm also going on the 24th. I can't remember if you applied to BC too but if you did they have an ASD on 4/1 so I think a lot of people are doing the 3/31 @ BU and 4/1 @ BC thing so they can attend both but only travel once.

If you do come for the 3/24 day (and you should to hand with Dodocogon and myself) there's a diversity meeting on 3/23 for students of color that you might want to go to also!

NEGOTIATE. ASK FOR MORE
Which schools aside from BC would be best for leveraging BU?

What about ASU and USC, or are those too far away to have any pull?

Via email! Accepted back in early December I believe (or late November I can't remember exactly!). And I will certainly try to up that offer! I'm guessing they low ball initially?

if its ranked higher or a peer (same ranking), and they offered you more, that's called having 'leverage' to negotiate a higher amount from BU.

Fair enough, wasn't sure how different markets would impact it. Appreciate it

Ahh was not expecting my Iowa full scholly would have any pull for BU. Didn't get my $$ info from BU but I'll definitely be ready to haggle :D

Does anyone think it'd be worth applying now? I've already sent in some applications but got super swamped immediately after and haven't had a chance to work on my other apps since. If I apply now, would there be any shot at money? 167/3.85 if it makes a difference.

Is it only for ASW or ASD?

My application has been complete and ready for review for almost 2 months now! I'm getting anxious! Got accepted to Fordham and Boston college but BU is my top choice :(

Any PILS waiters?

The email I got today indicates that we didn't get scholarship emails yet because they want to consider us for the PILS first. Thoughts?

Haven't gotten accepted yet. Does this mean my chances for PILS is dwindling?

Got 90k, above both 75ths.

Really want to bump this to 115/120k to make attending a viable option.
