is it okay for out Why X essay to contain information about the school that they already know? like if I say that UVA has X Clinic and explain what the clinic is and why I'm interested in it, that's okay right?

It would be pretty hard for prospective applicants to unearth information about a school that its ad-comms don't know already! The thing you want to write about makes total sense and, FWIW, they don't know the part in bold. They'll want to know it. You're good.

Invite comes by email- I believe everyone who is accepted is interviewed

Honestly there is no way to tell how they are picking their students. Maybe they are like "hey we need some URMS, here pick some of these" I seriously would not worry, from what I remember your stats where higher than mine.

Went under review on 10/26 had an interview a week later. Remained UR 10/26 until today now UR 11/14. I didn't even know UVA had UR1 and UR2 and hopefully this is a good sign not a bad one. Can anyone who's been accepted already advise.

I know you know this but try and relax and not worry about it. You have good numbers, have shown interest. There is not much more you can do as it's out of your hands now. I'm learning quickly that many schools don't have rigid timelines and a lot of the admissions decisions feel random at best in terms of time tables. You're good, you worked hard so with that I say, "just chill out man" (PMT reference if anyone is an award winning listener).

I applied on 10/27 and went complete on 10/28 - I was worrying I wouldn't get an interview when I saw others getting them, but it all worked out! I'm sure it will be fine for you as well!

If it helps, I was at the 75% for LSAT and between 25/50% for GPA.
